After having tested Google's new web browser Google Chrome I must say that I like it a lot, it offers a quick and nice graphical interface and inteprets the most webpages almost perfect.
But the reason to why I am writing this blog post is only that I also wants to warn everyone about what seems to be Google's real reason with this web browser launch.

These demonstrators caught my attention, a good purpose with a good way to show their disappointment of a cruel fur industry, this is China, but there has been other countries which has skinned animals alive.

I have a long time now been confused how the maintainers of the Drupal project are releasing the different versions of it's core product, for example right now there are two official download paths on Drupal's homepage, that is 5.x and 6.x versions, but at the same time there are still on the same site getting released new modules for 4.7.x and 7.x releases.
Four version tracks ? This is very confusing for users of this CMS. Read more »»

I have been fighting massive amount of spams in a couple of discussion forums which I administrate, recently year I haven't got much time over to administrate those and the spammers took over those sites entirely with their nasty porn, medical and product spams.
Probably they destroyed a lot of reputation for those sites which is so tragic, since they are free for anyone to use and for education of languages. Read more »»

Most people consider to feel a false security in form of only a anti-virus and anti-spam tool installed and running on the computer and some others also requires the websites to use a approved encryption certification for SSL on shopping webpages and more.
But is that enough ? What do you think happens if you are typing on a such "safe" SSL webpage and you have a trojan/keylogger which sniffs what you are typing ? Then it doesn't matter how good encryption you have on that webpage. Read more »»

Version 2.36 is out for PlayStation 3.
Due to bad information from Sony I can't in details reveal what this upgrade do, the only information they has released is it's a performance and compatibility upgrade for some game titles.
I would recommend to download and install it since stability is a nice feature ;)

Today I was getting reports about emails on one of our Sendmail email servers was suddenly starting to delete incoming emails from many domains which should not get deleted from.
In the logs we could see it was the old ORDB RBL antispam Sendmail + SpamAssassin / Mailscanner that was still active, I had totally missed it did was abandoned as project for several years ago. But well an inactive RBL is no danger, but the last weeks a Danish has restarted to share RBL on the same old ordb.org and because of that all emails from Yahoo got deleted as spam. Read more »»

Sometimes it takes a long time between each upgrade of the PlayStation 3 firmware and sometimes like now, around only a week between them.
And this 2.20 upgrade of the firmware have some nice goodies för those who is using the PS3 to watch DivX and Blu-Ray. Read more »»
